The "Lime Tree Bar" is custom-built and directly integrated into the workplace with the same general desk aesthetics. The bar's primary feature is a Palestine sweet lime tree, intended to supply all limes used in bar drinks. Features a cutting board and a flip-up grating where the fruit's remains are brushed into the tree's pot to fertilize for future limes. The lime tree was chosen because citrus trees are capable of fertilizing themselves from their own fruit, strengthening the idea of self-sustainability.
